Screw compressor outlet vibration alarm

Our factory has a York screw compressor, and recently it has been giving alarms indicating high vibration in the exhaust outlet. I would like to know what’s causing this issue; the motor was replaced not long ago, and after installation, the vibrations at both the motor end and the pump end were found to be low
The compressor may need major repairs; I can go to the site to conduct a diagnosis
