Unit issue for vibration acceleration

I would like to ask experts: what is the unit of vibration acceleration for rotating equipment, MM/S2 or M/S2? Different materials require different interpretations
These two units have the same dimensions; there’s no fundamental difference between them, right? The former is generally used a bit more often
It is generally expressed in mm/s2; this unit is commonly used to measure vibrations in mechanical equipment
The vibration value of acceleration is still in mm/s”2; if meters are used, it is inconvenient both for reading and recording.
