Which one is the substrate? The piston can be reset by the force of the spring; why is magnetism still needed? “How should I understand the sentence “A strong counterforce is generated due to the reaction force of the strong magnetic field”? Does anyone have the schematic diagram of the structure for a CZ-60 type air hammer? Is it the same as this one? Is an electromagnetic valve necessary? Can a manual valve be used instead?
The arrow below represents the substrate. The magnetism is the area indicated by the upward arrow; once the spring returns to its original position, the magnetic piston will stick to the magnet, preparing for the next pressurized reaction. The counterforce is the force generated during an instantaneous impact when the air pressure exceeds the magnetic attraction. The mechanism of a pneumatic hammer is similar; if an electromagnetic valve is used, it needs to be paired with a time relay. In the case of a manual valve, it operates manually – once it’s opened, a hitting sound can be heard, after which it can be closed. It is generally used to break through barriers during material discharge.
We haven’t used this feature on many of our devices; I guess it isn’t very useful. It might be difficult to control the time intervals between operations, so it’s probably just a useless feature
