Sewage D-type centrifugal blower has high temperature

This post was last edited by qwl on 2019-7-31 11:37 The sewage D100-1.8 centrifugal blower has a high temperature. The shell temperature reaches 120° after 60 minutes of operation. The outlet pipe reaches 113° and the bearing is 90°. What's the reason?
Basically normal, clean the air filter and increase ventilation
What is the method of bearing lubrication? Grease or oil?
What structure, balance plate or balance drum? Is the gap appropriate?

Please check whether the system pressure matches the outlet pressure of the centrifugal fan, or whether the air volume demand of subsequent users is too small. It seems that the fan pressure is not boosted enough or the outlet air volume is too small, causing the gas to be unable to be discharged.
