The main shaft of the sludge dryer suddenly broke. Is it a manufacturing defect?

This is a fatigue fracture. You have to check whether the shaft is originally bent. In addition, this type of blade should have been eliminated long ago. A group of domestic manufacturers copy drawings and have no experience to fool the owners every day. The shaft breakage rate of large and small head type blades is very high.
The new shaft I bought is made of 304 material. The carbon steel shaft did not break in the early stage, but the welds are prone to corrosion and leakage. The sludge on my machine is oil sludge and has a very complex composition.
Looking at the fracture surface, it should be a brittle fracture. Intergranular corrosion! Which equipment?
