This is a typical mesh valve disc, usually made of 3Cr13 material. Heat treatment of the material is very important; if it is too hard, it will break, while if it is too soft, it will deform and fail to provide a proper seal. Also, is the movement stroke of the valve disc too large? If it is, the inner ring is also prone to breaking. If it is a corrosive gas, considering the use of PEEK valve discs is an option.
