What is the cause of oil leakage from the exhaust port of a single-stage centrifugal pump?

The oil discharge port of the single-stage centrifugal pump leaks oil; the oil reservoir is almost empty after two weeks, requiring refilling with oil. What is the reason for this?
There could be several reasons: 1. Oil leakage from the oil cup (damage to it); 2. Leakage at the joint between the oil cup and the bearing housing; 3. Leakage at the bottom of the bearing housing
First, determine whether the oil level is too high through the oil level window. Also, does this pump have an oil slinger, and is its position correct? [This is just my personal opinion]
