It is a screw compressor with a volumetric flow rate of 450. The water used for cooling via spraying is at 42°C, the inlet air temperature is 38°C, and the exhaust pressure is 0.35 Mpa. Under these conditions, the exhaust temperature gradually rises and exceeds 100°C, forcing the machine to stop operating; the total operating time was 2.5 hours. If the installation meets the design requirements, then check the water circuit to see if it is suitable for the designed working medium.

I’ve considered the possibility that debris attached to the intake pipe might be causing the issue, but the vibration, displacement, and temperature of the screw compressor are all normal
If the machine is fine, then there’s no problem. Removing the heat of compression is key; look for the cause from that perspective.
How often should the absorbent oil be replaced? There are many components in the medium that are prone to liquefaction; failure to absorb them often leads to high temperatures and reduced efficiency.
Did the poster choose a spray screw type unit? If the compressor is operating stably with no other issues, please check the spray water pipeline: first, ensure it is unobstructed; second, verify that the flow rate is sufficient. In areas with dry climates, the humidity can cause the spray water to evaporate, so it is necessary to replenish the water promptly.
