The 1# silo and the 2# silo are mixed with the same hydraulic pump for oil supply. The ends of the hydraulic motors are different. One is a flat key and the other is a spline. Is it because the torque of the hydraulic motor is not enough to turn so much material? Or another question. It was also found that the two ends of the mixing blade were unbalanced. How can I analyze the specific reason why stirring cannot be driven? Has anyone experienced this situation? Ask for advice! !
Exchange the motors. If the 2# silo can stir 2t of raw materials, it means there is a problem with the motor. If it still cannot stir 2t of raw materials, it means there is a problem with the stirring paddle, and the paddle needs to be corrected.
We also want to swap. The keys of the motor do not match. One is a spline fit and the other is a flat key fit.
In fact, since it can stir 2 tons of material, it means that the torque of the motor is not a big problem, but you need to check whether there is oil leakage in the motor. Furthermore, you also mentioned that the two ends of the mixing blade are unbalanced, so the force on the mixing shaft is offset. Please correct the blade.
