For water-cooled chillers, due to the condenser cutting off water or insufficient water, or the inlet water temperature being too high, the exhaust pressure of the compressor may be too high and a high-pressure alarm may occur; for air-cooled chillers, poor heat dissipation of the condenser, non-condensable gas in the system, or partial blockage of the refrigeration pipeline may cause the condensation pressure to be too high and a high-pressure alarm to occur. For chillers, high pressure refers to the compressor discharge pressure. It also depends on the specific machine conditions.
Check if there is any problem with the exhaust valve?
Judging from your parameters, it is basically 90% confirmed that it is caused by the poor condensation effect of your external evaporative cooling (seeing that the system does not have a condenser, it should be the external evaporative cooling used). Looking at your running time of only 800+ hours, we can basically rule out the scaling phenomenon of external evaporative cooling. Preliminary analysis: 1. The external evaporation cooling fan stalls or does not rotate. ; 2. The failure of the external evaporative cold spray pump resulted in insufficient water volume and head. ; 3. The water nozzle is clogged ; 4. The air inlet grille is seriously blocked due to poor use environment.

Look at your inhalation superheat, it's too high! ! ! ! Is the evaporator of your equipment a dry evaporator? Or siphon evaporator? Is there enough refrigerant? Is there a problem with the fluid supply? I can 100% confirm that the refrigerant supply to the evaporator is insufficient! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
Water-cooled, there is no possibility of water interruption, the inlet water temperature is 30°C, and the pressure is 0.3MPA. It shouldn't be a water problem. The other unit with the same unit and the same environment is fine. First, I suspected the oil level and checked the fuel injection solenoid valve. There was no fault. There should be no problem with the condenser as the exhaust pressure is not high. I started to suspect a problem with the nose of the aircraft.
It doesn't feel like it's a fluid supply problem, right? The suction pressure is normal, the refrigerant is R22, and the tank level is also normal.
