The waste gas centrifugal compressor experiences significant vibration; upon opening it, the impeller and gas channels are covered with tar deposits that are very hard – how can these be removed?
Can it be washed in water? If possible, a high-pressure washer. The results were not satisfactory, so a high-pressure hot water cleaner was used.
A coke-catching process should be implemented at the front section of the compressor
The impeller rotor needs to be sandblasted again, and the seals need to be remanufactured; it’s a very complicated process.
