I have been studying Hangzhou Motor’s turbines recently, and there is one issue that has been bothering me; I’m seeking help from experts. The question is: why isn’t a guide rod used, similar to those used for the upper part of the guide vane retainer, when installing it? Won’t installing the holding ring cause mechanical damage to the rotor blades?
Avoid adding anything unnecessary if it can be controlled; it’s better to use a video. Some setups use temporary guide rods and positioning pins. Could it be some kind of “brutal installation” by the on-site installers? If that is the case, it should be stopped and reported to higher authorities.
When falling downward, slight shaking is used to prevent the stationary and moving blades from colliding; with the upper cover being so large, shaking would be inconvenient, right?:o
This isn’t necessary; there’s plenty of space when installing it, making installation easy. This kimono lid is different; it’s not the same concept
It depends on the overall quality of the installation team.
The crane can also be fine-tuned, as can the chain hoist
The guide vane retainer ring is very small and is assembled in sections; do you really think a guide rod is necessary? It can be held firmly with just one hand, so there’s no need to ask such a question
