DCS allows for setting of cycle times for this size, which includes large/small cycle times for loading, and large/small cycle times for unloading – a total of four options. It is also known that the chilled water temperature operates in a small circulation mode within the proportional range, and in a large circulation mode outside that range. The compressor is a screw compressor.
In other words, each time the system detects a deviation between the actual value and the set value, it determines how long to supply power to the increase and decrease solenoids; the longer this duration, the greater the amplitude of control, and the faster the response, but the greater the fluctuations as well
