As the title says, this is the technical protocol for ordinary centrifugal pumps. What does this sentence mean?
Is it based on the pump side, or is it the equipment provided by the two units?
Generally, the pump does not add gaskets. Considering the expansion of the pipeline, the concentricity is adjusted based on the motor.
Which supplier? exposure exposure. . .
Is this what the installation instructions say?
This is what the owner requires of the manufacturer in the purchase agreement.

When designing the base, the center of the motor should be lowered by 3mm. When the unit is installed and aligned, use spacers to raise the motor to complete the alignment. The owner requires the supplier to deliver the goods with adjustment spacers.
