The medium density is high; will the liquid level transmitter give a higher or lower reading? Assuming the design density is 0.8 and the level measurement is 50%, with the medium density now at 1 and the level measurement still at 50%, is the actual level less than 50%?
The differential pressure measurement is higher than the actual value
Too large; calculation formula: density * height * 9.8
With the same tank and a gauge having the same range, and when the actual liquid level is the same, the liquid with a higher density will show a higher level reading. If the displayed liquid level is the same, then the actual liquid level is lower for the fluid with a higher density
