I would like to ask the experts and professionals here to help me analyze the current situation of my aircraft fleet. There are no changes in other process conditions; only the turbine vibration is abnormal, while the compressor vibration is normal. The oil system, condensation system, instruments, and everything else are all in normal condition. Vibration VIAC551 reached a high level at 6:30 in the morning, causing the vehicle to jump out of gear. Then they drove on to continue observing. The vibration is still unstable at the moment. My personal analysis is that it might be rotor thermal deformation.
It is possible that the flow channel walls are severely corroded, and the corrosion has caused them to fall off
If tripping is caused solely by irregular vibration of the turbine with no changes in the compressor, the possibility of thermal deformation of the rotor is low. If the rotor does experience thermal deformation, it will disrupt its dynamic balance, which in turn will affect the vibration of the compressor as well. In this case, it is recommended to start the turbine in order to check the condition of the bearing shells; there are significant problems with those bearing shells. My personal opinions are for reference only; please forgive any inaccuracies.
