How to understand running continuously for three years?

May I ask if requiring a rotating equipment to operate continuously for three years means it has to run non-stop throughout those three years? Do these three years include the lifespan of the wear parts? Does a bearing’s 25,000-hour lifespan correspond to three years of use? However, it is also stated that the lifespan of the bearing under maximum radial and axial rated operating conditions is 16,000 hours.
Do these 25,000 and 16,000 refer to the same bearing? Can two service lives be obtained for it?

Is the service life 16,000 under the maximum radial or axial force, and 25,000 under the rated operating conditions?
