I would like to ask fellow experts about the material choice for the tube bundles in the inter-stage coolers of air separation equipment: is red copper TP2 or brass (CuNi10Fe) a better option?
It mainly depends on what aspect you’re considering – strength? Heat transfer efficiency? Price? It is necessary to check indicators such as the strength and thermal conductivity of these two materials. TP2 is used more.
