Problem of self-priming pump not delivering flow

This post was last edited by sdwfsgyykai on 2019-5-23 at 17:27. There are four sewage lift pumps, but they don’t deliver any flow when tested; water accumulates in the tank during testing. There is a solenoid valve at the pump inlet whose structure isn’t clear, and there is no check valve at the bottom of the pump inlet. I’d like to ask the experts what the reason is?
For self-priming pumps, there’s no discussion possible; one might have to plead or beg for it.
The nameplate specifies a suction height of 6 meters; check whether the height of the liquid surface in the tank above the pump inlet is less than 6 meters
The solenoid valve at the pump inlet is used to break siphoning; it opens when power is lost, preventing the liquid inside the pump from flowing back into the tank due to siphoning effects
How much water is in the pool, and is the depth of submersion sufficient?
We’re also struggling with this issue; we want to install a bottom valve at the bottom
There’s about three meters of water; this is to check whether the filter is clogged after we pump it out.
First, check the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and then the exhaust.
Do you have such a pump at home? Are all sewage lift pumps of this type?
