I am a maintenance worker at an oil refinery, and for work purposes, I want to build a multi-purpose transport vehicle powered by either a 6-horsepower diesel engine or 5 12V batteries (60V). I would like to ask if there are any legal provisions that prohibit their use in chemical plants? If the law does not prohibit it, let’s discuss multi-functional transport vehicles together.
The refinery’s safety management system does not permit it.
Vehicles used within the factory must also be manufactured by qualified vehicle manufacturers, and they need to come with a factory certification as well as information regarding their use, maintenance, and inspection
Can’t we make it ourselves and use it for our own purposes?

If you are manufacturing rickshaws, you also need to provide certificates of conformity and performance guarantees; otherwise, what if an accident occurs? Moreover, refineries have restrictions on fire-resistant areas.
