The reaction kettle with a pressure of 35 kilograms is designed with bulged flanges. It has been installed now, and I want to conduct a hydrostatic test on site. However, there isn’t a pump capable of generating such high pressure – what should I do? It’s really frustrating. . . . . .
35 kilograms of pressure isn’t high; any car washing pump will do as a pressure testing pump, and they are inexpensive. :lol
Fill the reaction vessel with water, then use nitrogen cylinders to pressurize it; 3.5 MPa should be sufficient, although it’s possible that more than one cylinder will be needed.

For pressures below 4.0 MPa, raised-face flanges are generally used; pressure testing is simple – just buy a cleaning machine, and it’s not expensive either.

As long as the equipment is in good condition, there’s no need to worry about any dangers – water pressure is much safer than air pressure
