The frame of your reactor must be made of cast iron. A frame constructed from thick circular tubes, which are then welded together and precision-machined, offers excellent rigidity and hardness, making it perfect for mixing high-viscosity solutions. Of course, it’s important to choose a proper coupling as well. Another requirement is the presence of support points, which must be precision-machined before they can be used
If the frame breaks, it can basically be said to be a problem with the frame itself. Cast, poor quality.
