Does anyone here have a good understanding of loop reactors? Which domestic companies are relatively proficient in manufacturing loop reactors with a high level of automation? What are some companies abroad? Those who are familiar with this area are welcome to discuss or send private messages; thank you.
Hello, there are a few companies in China that are working on loop reactor technology, but it seems the technology isn’t yet fully developed. As far as I know, there are two such companies: BUSS CHEMTECH and HH Chemtech; both of them are based in Switzerland. I’m not sure what kind of products you plan to develop. Hello, regarding the loop reaction system, what are the key considerations for the design of the gas-liquid separation tank (reaction tank), and what is an appropriate height-to-diameter ratio, taking into account gas-liquid separation?
