I. Strictly implement standardized operating procedures. The primary prerequisite for safe operation is standardized procedures. Before starting up, it is necessary to thoroughly check the condition of the equipment, including the lubricant level, cooling water pressure and temperature, as well as the reliability of electrical connections. Ensure that the fuel level in the tank is above two-thirds of the fuel gauge, the inlet pressure of the cooling water is greater than 0.2 MPa, and the pressure of the air supply for the instruments is not lower than 0.4 MPa. A warning signal should be issued before startup to ensure that no one is in the dangerous area. Strengthen operation monitoring and maintenance management: During stable operation, operators should regularly check the equipment for issues such as noise, vibration, and leaks. Regularly clean the air intake filter, cooler, and oil filter to prevent blockages from affecting cooling and efficiency. The oil quality should be tested regularly; if emulsification or contamination is detected, it must be replaced immediately to ensure the reliability of the lubrication system. At the same time, the condensate should be manually drained regularly to verify the operation of the automatic drain valve and prevent the accumulation of condensate from corroding the equipment. For key parameters such as the tank negative pressure, it should be maintained at around -2 kPa; values that are too high or too low can easily lead to leaks in the oil circuit. The power supply of the control cabinet should not be turned off unless necessary, to prevent the loss of CPU programs and maintain the stability of the control system. III. Improve emergency response mechanisms and personnel training – Operators must be familiar with the emergency shutdown procedures. In the event of a sudden fault or alarm, immediately press the emergency stop button, rotate it clockwise to reset it, and after confirming that the alarm has been cleared, press the “Reset” button to restore normal operation.
