I have encountered similar problems; first, check whether the operating load matches the load on the reducer, and then examine the machining of the input shaft as well as any issues with the workpiece. As for the reducer’s lubrication and gears, if the problems lie not within the reducer itself, consider whether there are issues such as excessive clearance or damage in the bearings at the bottom of the mixer, which could cause abnormal vibration. It is also worth checking whether the coupling between the reducer and the motor is aligned correctly, and whether it has been inspected regularly.

It always seems to be the material inside the mixer impacting the rotor of the mixer, which in turn increases the load on the gearbox
