I have just started working in a thermal power plant, and I’m not familiar with the aspects related to turbines. I urgently need various materials – anyone who has drawings of turbine rotor structures, PPTs and animations on the control systems, as well as explanations regarding the flow of steam through the turbine from intake to outlet, would be very helpful. Thank you
It would be even better if there were videos on courses or something related to that
There’s no real need to find so many books; the books available at the factory should be sufficient for you. What kind of work do you do – control room operations or maintenance? Ask the experienced workers more questions, be polite – generally they are quite vain: lol Say some kind words to them and they will explain things more clearly, and you can also relate it to real situations
First, take a look at the books in your factory; there is also relevant information available on our forum. Ask more and learn more. One must put in effort oneself :)
Find some random materials that can be used right away
Start by learning the basics slowly; the manufacturer’s official materials constitute the foundation, and one only begins to look for additional materials to study after having finished going through those official materials. Everyone learns * to different depths, and not all materials are suitable for you; once you have reached a certain level of knowledge, it will become clear to you. It is recommended to start by learning the manufacturing process, while as for the structure of the equipment, you will understand it after performing some maintenance tasks. You cannot learn just by looking at drawings.
A ton of material, not even enough enthusiasm to stick with it for three minutes; I gave it a minute’s look before putting it aside to start playing Honor of Kings. Don’t follow my example. . .
