The deviation of the center line of the belt conveyor frame from the vertical center line of the belt conveyor should not exceed 3 millimeters. The cause of the deviation in the flatness of the building pavement caused by the central frame is no more than 0.3%. The alignment of the middle frame of a belt conveyor shall meet the following requirements: (1) The deviation of the middle frame of the belt conveyor from being parallel to the vertical line shall not exceed 0.1% of its length ; (2) The vertical and horizontal misalignment at the joint in the middle of the belt conveyor shall not exceed a few millimeters ; (3) The error in the spacing L between the frames at the middle of the belt conveyor should not exceed ±1.5 millimeters, and the corresponding height difference should not exceed 0.2% of that spacing ; (4) The reason for the deviation in the parallelism between the buffer idler of the belt conveyor and the vertical center line of the belt conveyor, measured across the center line, should not exceed 3 millimeters ; The tensioning idlers are located at the section where the conveyor belts are connected in a belt conveyor. Depending on the type of tensioning mechanism, the requirements regarding the material of the conveyor belt core and its length, as well as those related to the braking system, are specified. Generally, the following requirements should be met: (1) For vertical or horizontal tensioning mechanisms in belt conveyors, the forward loosening stroke should be no less than 400 mm, while the backward tensioning stroke should be 1.5 to 5 times the forward loosening stroke. (For belts with polyester or white canvas cores, or when the length of the belt conveyor exceeds 200 m, as well as in cases where immediate motor startup is required or a stroke-based braking system is needed, the maximum value for the tensioning stroke should be used.) (2) For the spiral tensioning device of belt conveyors, the forward loosening stroke should not be less than 100 millimeters. (3) The cleaning surface of the scraper used for cleaning the equipment should make contact with the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor, and the length of this contact should be no less than 85% of the belt width. After the idler rollers are fixed to the belt conveyor frame, they should rotate freely and allow adjustment using washers. The axial cylindricity of the center line of its belt conveyor with regard to the idler rollers: when the roller diameter D is less than 800 mm, the dimensional tolerance is 0.60 mm; when D is greater than 800 mm, the dimensional tolerance is 1.00 mm. After the idler rollers are fixed to the belt conveyor frame, the vertical dimensional tolerance between their centerlines and the centerline of the belt conveyor frame is 0.2%. The cross-sectional view of the idler roller through its center of symmetry should overlap with the center line of the belt conveyor frame, and the tolerance for this degree of symmetry is 6 millimeters.
