Time taken by operators in the DCS control room to read meters

Dear sea friends, do the DCS control room staff have paper records for transcription? How often? It would be better if standards could be provided

We record important data automatically every 2 hours, and there are also data that requires manual collection, such as analysis data; at present, no standards exist for this, so it’s better to enter the data manually. This helps operators get familiar with the data more quickly, as writing things down is always better than relying on memory. The data template was created casually; it mainly includes tag numbers, control ranges, units, etc
