Purpose of spraying polyurethane elastic material: Corrosion resistance and wear resistance. In submerged conditions, spray-applied polyurethane exhibits greater resistance to erosion wear compared to other elastomeric wear-resistant materials and rigid wear-resistant materials. It can be used normally in slurries with a pH level of 3–11, making it particularly suitable for providing corrosion and wear resistance protection to machinery components. Spraying can be carried out on the surface of substrates with any complex shape, and coatings with thicknesses ranging from 0.01 mm to 20 mm can be formed in a single spraying process, in any desired size. It is an environmentally friendly product recognized by relevant agencies in the United States and Europe, and does not contain toxic volatile substances.
