Generally, what is the speed control range of a steam turbine? What is the relationship between power and speed?
The speed control range is between the lowest adjustable speed and the highest adjustable speed; if the speed exceeds this range, the system will shut down via interlock. The specific rotation speed varies depending on the different units; it depends on the equipment parameters. The higher the rotational speed, the greater the power.

There is no direct relationship between speed and power; only the steam supply volume is related to power. Generally, for no-load testing, around five tons of steam is sufficient to reach the speed at which the system shuts down.
