Slowly rotate the button to adjust the dryer tank to the required speed. 3. After the operation is stopped and the mixing and drying of the materials is completed, close the heating medium valve, shut down the machine and make the discharge port of the tank downward. 4. Discharging 1. When discharging materials, first open the water valve at the vacuum end, and then close the vacuum pump. 2. Open the discharge hole cover of the tank and discharge the material. 3. After all materials are discharged from the tank, the residue in the tank should be cleaned as much as possible, and then the discharge hole cover should be closed. 4. During the drying process, when intermediate sampling is required, the machine should be shut down and stopped, and then the tank cover should be opened for sampling in accordance with regulations. ； After the sampling is completed, close the tank lid and restart the drying machine according to the provisions of Article 2. Maintenance instructions 1. Check regularly, once a month. The inspection items are the oil mark line of the reducer and the tightness of the belt and chain. 2. If leakage and insufficient oil are found in the reducer, the seal must be replaced and sufficient oil must be added. 3. Electrical components should be kept clean and sensitive. Iron tools should not be used to knock the cylinder to prevent deformation of the cylinder. 4. After one use, the remaining materials should be taken out and all parts of the machine should be cleaned. If it is not used for a long time, the entire machine must be wiped clean and covered with a tarpaulin. Close the discharge butterfly valve, move the swing button to make the feed end in a lower position, open the feed cover, tighten the screw cap of the water outlet, add 10-20% tap water of the barrel volume, cover and tighten the lid, turn on the swing motor and the rotating motor for cleaning for 10-15 minutes Stop the machine, jog the swing motor to make the feed end at a lower position, jog the turning button to make the water outlet at the feed end above the horizontal plane, remove the screw cap, connect the water pipe, put the bucket, and jog the button to make the water outlet at the lowest position, then water can be released. After draining the water, use a clean mop to wipe away the residual moisture attached to the inner wall of the cylinder. After natural air drying for 6-8 hours, screw on the screw cap of the drain port before production can begin. 4. Maintenance and maintenance procedures 1. The oil of the reducer must be changed regularly, once every six months, and once a year thereafter. The oil level should be controlled in the middle of the sight glass during oil change. 2. Transmission parts need to be inspected frequently and kept well lubricated. 3. Each fastening bolt must be checked frequently for looseness and tightened. 4.
