Experts and representatives witnessed some of the factory tests on the product, listened to the technical summary presented by the development team, reviewed the relevant technical documents, and conducted inquiries and discussions. “For the \"Dry Gas Seals for 1.4 million tons/year ethylene plants\" product developed by Shenghong Refining & Chemical, a new type of dual-rotation dynamic pressure groove was created; the micro-deformation of the friction pairs as well as the parameters of the grooves were optimized to enhance the reliability of the seals ； The secondary seal structure, assembly process, and testing methods were optimized, enabling quantitative measurement of the friction force of the secondary seal ； A theoretical analysis and calculation model was developed to analyze, calculate, and optimize the performance parameters of dry gas seals, thereby meeting the requirements of the host under steady-state and transient operating conditions. The main performance indicators meet the requirements of the technical agreement and relevant standards, and it is capable of operating in industrial conditions.
