How are equipment installed and fixed in steel structure factories?

For reaction vessels and storage tanks, are they placed directly on H-beam steel girders and secured with welds, or is some other method used?
The steel platform is welded in place, with expansion screws fixed to the floor or welded to the embedded iron pieces.
On our steel platform, we measure the levelness and then carry out spot welding; there are no bolts used. For storage tanks on the ground, they are placed directly there, while pumps have I-beam foundations with cement grouting – is this a reasonable approach?
The first time I saw it, I was puzzled; there were bolt holes, but no bolts seemed to be installed.

Equipment installation should not be related to the factory building, especially steel structure factory buildings. If it is necessary to have something to do with the factory building, written approval from the factory building design department must be obtained. If not, security inspection will not be passed.
If it’s H-beam for factory buildings, then it won’t work; but if it’s H-beam for equipment racks inside factories, it’s fine
