There is a set of equipment manufactured in 2013, but it has not been used yet due to the suspension of the project; it is in brand-new condition. Now that a new project has started, can this equipment be utilized in the new project? The parameters for using the equipment remain unchanged, but many standards have been updated, such as GB713 and JB4731. What procedures are required if we continue to use it?
