SW6 overpressure limit input issue

The operating pressure is 1.0 MPa (G), the design pressure is 1.6 MPa (G), and the set pressure is 1.1 MPa (G). How should the overpressure limit be entered in the figure below? Could someone with expertise give some guidance?

The overpressure limit is 10% of the design pressure, which is of course 0.16 MPa.
The overpressure limit is 10% of the design pressure or the greater of the two values: 0.02 MPa
10% of the pressure should be sufficient for release.
When a relief device is installed on the container, the overpressure limit of the container shall not exceed 10% of the design pressure or the greater of the two values: 20 KPa； When a container is equipped with multiple relief devices, its overpressure limit shall not exceed 16% of the design pressure or the greater of the two values: 30 KPa.
I don’t know this either; let’s learn it together*.
How is the container category selected?
