The design pressure of the reactor is 0.4 MPa; is the maximum operating pressure for the manhole also 0.4 MPa?
Manholes have standards! Select by standard! Normal: 0.6 MPa
Glass-lined manhole flanges are available in three pressure ratings: 0.25 MPa, 0.6 MPa, and 1.0 MPa; generally, the 0.6 MPa rating is chosen. It is used for designs with a pressure ≤ 0.6 MPa. Flanges with a pressure rating of 1.0 MPa should be used when the design pressure is ≥ 0.6 MPa. The 0.25 MPa grade is generally not selected.
I checked and it’s the HG/T2055.2-2013, pn0.6-400*300 that everyone mentioned
There are [operating pressure], [design pressure], and [maximum allowable operating pressure]. Which one do you mean by maximum operating pressure?
