The design temperature for this vertical tank is -45 degrees, the design pressure is 2 MPa, and the diameter is 2000 mm. What do you think – should we use 304 or 09MnNiDR? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each material?

If the corrosivity of the medium is not taken into account, from an economic perspective, 09MnNiDR is of course the preferred choice

S30408 will work too; a little corrosion is no problem, although it’s more expensive
