1. The annual inspection can be carried out by the safety management personnel of the pressure vessel’s user unit, who assign professionally trained workers to do the task, or it can be entrusted to a qualified special equipment inspection agency (such as a special equipment inspection institute). 2. A request for regular inspection should be submitted to the special equipment inspection agency 1 month before the expiration of the pressure vessel’s regular inspection deadline; through this inspection, the safety condition of the pressure vessel is assessed, and the schedule for the next inspection is determined.
The inspection of pressure vessels is carried out by a professional inspection agency before the expiration date indicated in the inspection report; the annual inspections that are conducted each year can be performed by the equipment management personnel of the respective organization
The annual inspection of pressure vessels is carried out by the unit itself. Comply with Article 7.2 of TSG 21-2016. It is different from regular inspections. Periodic inspections are carried out by the Special Inspection Institute. It shall be carried out in accordance with Article 8 of TSG 21-2016. The R1 certificate is a pressure vessel operation certificate, while the A3 certificate is a pressure vessel safety management certificate; neither of them grants the qualification for regular inspection of pressure vessels.
An inspector certified by one’s own company can conduct the inspection; there is no need to invite an inspection agency. Generally, it costs around 1,000 yuan.
