How to deal with interference between the tank wall manhole reinforcement ring and the foot bolt seat? Should it be a reinforcement ring for the access hatch, or a shimming plate for the foundation bolt seat?
If the diameter difference is not significant, the diameter can be reduced by increasing the thickness of the reinforcing ring.
Agree with 2#: if the overlapping area is not large, try not to cut it at all; the reinforcement area can be increased by changing the thickness. Specific methods include: increasing the thickness of the reinforcement ring, increasing the thickness of the fitting, or replacing it with a forged part. :)
Opening reinforcement calculations are required to determine the size of the cutting reinforcement ring.
Adjust the manhole height or angle. If nothing else works, cut a reinforcement ring instead.

In cases where the cleaning hole reinforcement plate overlaps with the bolt seat plate, we simply eliminate the bolt seat plate and use the cleaning hole reinforcement plate as a substitute for it. If you’re still concerned, treat your anchor bolts as those without plates. Additionally, when considering the function of a plate for the bolt seat, the required size of such a plate turns out to be quite large, which is not only unsightly but also wasteful; it’s better to simply raise the bolt seat appropriately, ignore the role of a plate in the calculations, and then use a smaller plate, which can be cut to size as needed
