I found good posts and downloaded the attachments; my wealth points were deducted, but the files I downloaded were empty with no content. What’s going on here?

Was the document deleted? But it shows bytes, yet after downloading it’s 0 bytes. I think I posted about forum matters to ask for attention, but no one replied to me.
