The Platecoil static crystallizer features vertically arranged Platecoil crystallization plates inside; these plates are hollow and allow coolant or heating medium to flow through them. The temperature distribution throughout the crystallizer is uniform, enabling crystals to deposit on the plates. This setup makes it possible to separate isomers and similar compounds, allowing the purity of the product to be increased to 99.9%.
