Why does the water in the pot turn yellow-green?

In the morning, the water sample from the boiler and the color of the waste water were normal; however, in the afternoon, the water sample showed a yellow-green color. I’m not sure what could be the cause The furnace is a steam boiler with a capacity of 30 t/h and a pressure of 2.5 MPa.
Is it caused by an excess amount of water treatment agent?
Additional information: Boiler water alkalinity is 2.23 mmol/l, pH is 9.97, and PO43+ concentration is 43 mg/l
I’ve really never seen this color before; let’s conduct tests to determine whether it’s a problem with the raw water or the boiler water
Tank water treatment uses trisodium phosphate + sodium hydroxide.
