What standards and specifications are used for the installation and acceptance of reaction vessels?
HG/T20569 Take a look; generally, acceptance is carried out according to the drawings.
These are the acceptance criteria for equipment arrival, not for installation

Generally, it involves checking whether the equipment is damaged, has any openings, arc scratches, mechanical scratches, signs of unauthorized cutting or welding, and whether the foundation bolts are of proper quality. New regulations have been introduced, and no requirements are now set for installation. However, if welding is involved in the equipment itself, care must be taken during regular inspections, as it can affect the equipment’s classification. For example, in many reaction vessels, the original ear-type supports are cut off and rewelded onto the cylinder body or welded to the head; the use of shims is possible, but most vessels do not have them. When such conditions are identified, the vessels generally do not meet the requirements after grinding.
