I’m seeking advice from experts: I’m a beginner in design and am about to enter the field of desulfurization and denitrification design. My company specializes in designing atmospheric-pressure equipment for such systems, such as desulfurization towers and water tanks. I would like to ask what standards should be followed for designing equipment of this kind – things like wall thickness calculations, stiffness checks, and the placement of reinforcement members. Where can I learn more about this?
Just find a few drawings and take a look at what standards are listed on them, that’s all :P
