Calculation of the sheet rolling capacity of a sheet rolling machine

Can a 20X2500 three-roll sheet rolling machine be used to roll a cylinder with a diameter of 1500, a height of 950, a thickness of 30, and made of Q245R material? Or are there any simpler calculation formulas?
There’s no need for any calculation formulas; 20x2500 indicates that the maximum pre-bending thickness is 20, and the maximum thickness of the rolled sheet is 25. A 30-mm-thick plate can be rolled, but it involves high risks; if the shaft bends, it becomes unusable.
One is the manufacturer of questionnaire triggers; or based on experience, I think it’s possible to do well – the length isn’t too long, only 950
