Can it be arranged to have all the main compression components, such as the tube sheet and even the cylinder body, outsourced, covering everything from raw materials to processing and flaw detection? Can a manufacturing process card not include information on the machining of these parts?
In our company, the tube sheets are sourced from external suppliers; however, there must be quality assurance certificates for the raw materials as well as inspection upon receipt. When necessary, the raw materials are re-inspected, and a requisition form for these external-supplied components is prepared in the manufacturing process sheet.

There is no issue with outsourcing the tube sheet processing. Care should be taken when outsourcing the manufacturing of cylinders, as it involves processes such as welding and non-destructive testing; the outsourcing manufacturer must possess the appropriate qualifications.
