Field weld: Fillet weld with a leg size of 4? So what does the 8 at the end represent? Is 4 representing the horizontal dimension and 8 representing the vertical dimension? Is there also an opening at the tail that represents an issue that needs to be addressed? I seek advice from experts. Thank you.

4 is the leg size, which is equal to the weld width and weld height； 8, 3 is the number of welds. The footnote tells you what is welded to what.

In this screenshot, the 50 in the upper image represents the length of the weld, but how does the 10 in the lower image indicate the number of solder joints? One is the weld length, and the other represents the quantity; I have no idea about either one. .
