May I ask, for underground hot water pipelines with a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius, what are the commonly used insulation materials and protective layers? Thank you!
There is a type of insulation material called yellow jacket that can be used.
This post was last edited by The wise are enlightened on 2017-8-21 at 13:52. The insulation material is rigid polyurethane foam with a density of 60 kg/m3 to 80 kg/m3, and it is covered with a high-density polyethylene outer protective layer that allows it to withstand temperatures up to 180°C.
