I think the butt joint is Category B, the pipe butt is Category B, the half pipe is of course Category B, and the butt joint between the half pipe and the cylinder and head is Category D.

Since the half-pipe and the inner cylinder need to be welded first before spraying and enamelling, firstly, the welding seam between the half-pipe and the inner cylinder is very long, which is not good for enamelling. Secondly, the gap in the half-pipe is also bad for enamelling. Thirdly, during use, due to the rigidity limit of the half-pipe and thermal expansion, it is easy to cause porcelain explosion.
On the 5th floor, many glass-lined manufacturers are now doing it, and our factory is also producing it. Just pay attention to the enameling. Be careful not to over-temperature (rapid cooling and rapid heating) during the production process. No problem.
Nowadays, many enamel manufacturers are making external half-tube glass-lined equipment, and a 30m3 half-tube reactor has been made in China.
