In actual operation, in addition to the evaluation carried out using the methods mentioned above, there are also the following additional principles: 6.4.1 Imported equipment may not be subject to evaluation and can be directly classified as Class A equipment. Imported equipment is superior to domestic equipment in terms of precision, material quality, and technical sophistication; moreover, spare parts are difficult to obtain. In the event of a malfunction, it is necessary for domestic agents to send personnel for repairs, which requires careful maintenance. 6.4.2 All types of units are considered special-care equipment, and can also be directly classified as Class A equipment. The unit is composed of multiple devices, with a relatively complex structure; in addition to the main equipment, there are also auxiliary devices such as lubrication and cooling systems. Due to the high technical complexity of these units, as well as the complexity associated with their maintenance and repair, they hold a significant role in production facilities. Therefore, units that do not have any backup units are classified as A++, while those that do have backup units can be classified as A+ grade equipment. 6.4.3 If the equipment is imported, it can be directly classified as A++ category equipment. 6.4.4 Some equipment, due to their own characteristics, such as reactors and towers that are large in size and weight ; Boilers and heating furnaces with complex structures and components ; Medium-pressure steam drum belonging to category III pressure vessels ; Pumps with high flow rates and head can be considered separately and upgraded as appropriate.
